Leadership

Dr. Clint Scott was born and raised in North Carolina. He surrendered to the calling of full-time vocational ministry when he was 18 years old. Dr. Scott has received education from Fruitland Baptist Bible Institute, Wingate University, Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, and, most recently, Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Dr. Scott has served in ministries from North Carolina to Delaware for 30 years. He and his wife Janet moved to Green River in November of 2023. Dr. Scott and Janet have been married for 30 years and have two adult children. 

Janet Scott joined the HillTop staff team in November of 2023. She is an alum of Queens University in Charlotte, North Carolina where she earned a bachelors degree in music therapy. Janet has a heart for seeing others "get it" in their walk with the Lord and has fulfilled that passion through working with Dr. Scott in his other ministries as a women's ministry and care coordinator. Janet and Dr. Scott have been married for 30 years and share two adult children. 

Chris Frost is the Associate Campus Pastor for Green River and will also be spearheading the Rock Springs Campus and managing the Children's Ministry!

Tony is the newest pastor to join the Hill Family, spreading the word to the Spanish-speaking community in Sweetwater County!

A native to Green River, Wyoming, Nick West,  grew up as part of a large family.  He spent much of his youth rebelling against God with many of his choices. God was always speaking truth into his life and in 2009, Nick gave his life to Jesus.  Since then he has been growing in his faith and living for Kingdom purpose with his wife Jaqui, and their two children. His early years in ministry involved working with Teen Challenge in West Virginia, and serving in homeless shelters in Salt Lake City, Utah. Currently Nick is leading the Student Ministry and Celebrate Recovery at The Hill. We are excited to have Nick on our team at The Hill, and we look forward to many years of ministry together.

Jennifer is the Director of The Hill Early Learning Center.

Jaquimarie has dedicated nearly 12 years to working within the school district. She has been an active member of the Hope Squad for five years, where her passion for supporting and uplifting others has shined. A devout follower of Jesus, Jaquimarie is deeply committed to sharing God's love and message with those around her. She is happily married, celebrating nearly a decade of marriage, and is a proud mother of two beautiful children. Her family is her greatest joy, and she cherishes every moment spent with them. In addition to her family and faith, Jaquimarie has a love for painting, spending time outdoors, and camping. Jaquimarie is thrilled to be a part of the ministry, where she enjoys teaching and engaging with children, playing with toys, and learning from their unique perspectives. She feels incredibly blessed to be a part of God's plan and is eager to continue making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Lisa Frint, a long-time resident and native of Green River, brings over 20 years of experience in marketing, communications, and graphic design to her role as Communications Coordinator at The Hill. As a new member of the church, she is excited to make a meaningful impact both within the church and in the broader community. Lisa has spent the last two decades studying and exploring religion, seeking to understand God and the truth. Her journey has led her to find her spiritual home at The Hill, where she is dedicated to sharing her faith and passion with others.
